POLICY
Returns/Exchanges
are subject to the exceptions listed below:
1.
In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in less
than perfect condition please notify us at 203-226-4445 within 10 days
of delivery for a full refund. Returns received beyond the 10 day
period are subject to exchange or store credit only.
2.
In the unlikely event that a piece needs mending, return it within 30
days for free repair. For items returned after 30 days, there will be a
$20.00 per piece repair charge plus shipping and handling. Some of the
beads we use are only available in limited quantities. We will make
every effort to replicate the piece, but we may need to replace beads
with something similar.
3.
Shipping and Handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Please
follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
1.
Contact us within 10 days by email if you wish to obtain a refund.
2.
Contact us within 30 days by email for an exchange or store credit.
3.
Return your item(s) in their original packing materials, with your
original invoice to us by an insured courier and retain the receipt for
your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in
shipping.

Once we receive your return, a refund or customer credit (for
exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days, in the original form
of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to
appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping and handling charges are as follows:
$0-200 - $8.95
$200-350 -
$13.95
$350 and up - $17.95
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and a 6% sales tax will be
automatically applied to all Connecticut orders.
3.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, following credit card
authorization.

site does not collect credit card information. All payments are
made through PayPal and no credit card information is requested or
retained by this site.
